4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event may result in partial or no refund, depending on the services reserved and preparation already undertaken.

• Custom design and technical support fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details, venue access, and necessary logistics

• Ensuring safety and security of rented equipment while in use

• Returning all rental equipment in good condition

• Notifying us immediately in case of equipment malfunction or damage

6. Equipment Damage & Loss

• Any damage or loss of rented equipment during the rental period will be charged to the client.

• Illuminate Production Group reserves the right to inspect and assess damage and issue an invoice accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality service. However, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Delays or service disruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, third-party service failures)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Illuminate Production Group unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
